VOLUME 1 REPÚBLICA DE CUBA
Without the influence of government or client, us four friends took it upon ourselves to feed the appetite of curiosity for the Kingdom of Cuba (named as perceived pre-adventure) and seek out Cuban stories to be told. As our two governments negotiate their future relationship status (“It’s Complicated” as of 06/2015), we found it necessary to capture the feeling of the country before US tourism is again in full swing after nearly 55 years apart.
As we prepped for our recent jaunt to Cuba, we were extremely appreciative to those who had blazed the trails before us and offered some advice, gave insight, and stoked the fires of curiosity. Upon our return, we have been excited by the amount of questions and comments from others about the great country of Cuba and we wanted to have a night to show imagery, answer questions and tell stories about the country we each now deeply regard.
